Like said before, when no measures are taken, the lightning current will enter the house through the antenna cable.

To prevent total damage to the radio, you must, when a lightning storm is approaching, pull the main splug and the antenna plug.

The distance between the antenna cable and the radio must be at least one meter.

To prevent personal harm, never do this when the storm is already there.
